Depending on the size of your home and needs:

$50 / visit for smaller cottages, single-family homes or condos (1,000–1,500 sq. ft.) with up to 2 bathrooms.

$70 / visit for mid-range homes (–2,500 sq. ft.) up to 3 bath

Larger homes (2,500+ sq. ft.) are typically quoted on-site.

Keyholder Services & Contractor Access: Meet service providers & third party contractors that need access. We can even stay until they're finished and ensure their work is to your specifications.

Emergency Response or Alarm Notifications: In case of emergency or security alarm calls we be at your home in timely fashion. You can also register our contact number with local law enforcement.

Post-storm damage assessment & report: Access property as soon as possible, assess and report storm damage. Take necessary emergency mitigation measures, as / if required.
